Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: ‎ Business & IT Manager (basé à Paris) 📍Paris | ⏱️CDI | 🌍Secteur financier / Conseil Votre rôle: Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique à Paris en tant que Manager, et accompagnez nos clients dans la conduite de projets à fort impact stratégique et réglementaire au sein du secteur financier. À ce poste, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la réussite des missions en pilotant des équipes, en gérant la relation client et en apportant une réelle valeur ajoutée grâce à votre expertise métier et votre sens du leadership. Vos principales responsabilités: Piloter des projets complexes : planifier, organiser et suivre l’exécution des tâches pour garantir leur bon déroulement dans les délais impartis; Encadrer et mobiliser une équipe projet, en assurant la montée en compétence des collaborateurs; Identifier les risques et résoudre les problématiques pouvant impacter la réussite du projet; Assurer une communication fluide avec les parties prenantes : gouvernance, alertes en cas de dérives, recommandations correctives, justification des écarts, etc; Appliquer des méthodes éprouvées pour détecter les leviers d’optimisation et proposer des approches de transformation innovantes; Entretenir et développer une relation de confiance avec les clients, tant au niveau opérationnel que stratégique. Votre profil: Diplômé d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs (niveau Master); Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur financier, idéalement au sein d’un cabinet de conseil; Vous avez une expérience confirmée en gestion d’équipe et en conduite de projets; Vous maîtrisez les méthodologies et outils de gestion de projet (Agile, PMP, Prince2, etc.); Doté d’un esprit analytique, vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et orienté résultats; À l’aise dans un environnement en constante évolution, vous savez gérer les priorités et les imprévus; Vous parlez couramment le français / anglais, avec d’excellentes qualités relationnelles et de présentation; Proactif et orienté client, vous savez faire preuve d’initiative tout en restant à l’écoute. ‎ Within Arendt, we uphold high standards.
