Requirements The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in the sale, purchase, and development of commercial properties and projects; financing and secured transactions; title review; construction and permitting; negotiation of commercial leases; corporate planning and structure; tax planning for real estate transactions; environmental considerations; formation and representation of condo associations; and general commercial transactions. The candidate can work with various sized businesses in connection with their commercial transactions, has strong knowledge of today’s business and real estate markets, attention to detail, and an ability to be creative and practical, with experience in significant, complicated matters.
