PHX Training is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Leader to oversee operations at our Carlisle Centre (also covering our Workington Outreach Centre). This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, manage impactful programmes, and make a real difference in the lives of our learners.
As a Business Leader, you’ll spearhead the delivery of our Adult Skills and Welfare to Work programmes, ensuring contract performance and quality standards are met while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Driving License is essential in this role with access to your own vehicle.
