Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving change and delivering exceptional results? PHX Training is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Leader to oversee operations at our Carlisle Centre (also covering our Workington Outreach Centre). This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, manage impactful programmes, and make a real difference in the lives of our learners.
As a Business Leader, you’ll spearhead the delivery of our Adult Skills and Welfare to Work programmes, ensuring contract performance and quality standards are met while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Driving License is essential in this role with access to your own vehicle.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Contract Performance: Oversee the planning, delivery, and achievement of financial and compliance targets.
  • Build Key Partnerships: Represent PHX locally, nurturing relationships to enhance growth and programme success.
  • Innovate for Success: Implement PHX initiatives and identify new opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Lead Operational Excellence: Ensure robust risk management processes and deliver exceptional customer service.

Pay: £36,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
