THE ROLE

As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging teaching across a range of business modules. You’ll support students both in person and online, contribute to assessment and quality assurance, and be involved in scholarship and continuous curriculum improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in line with curriculum standards
• Develop and update teaching materials and maintain digital learning platforms
• Set, assess, and provide feedback on student assignments and exams
• Support students academically and pastorally, including those with learning support needs
• Engage with quality assurance processes, contribute to module and programme evaluations
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
• Lead modules and coordinate with associate lecturers where applicable
