THE ROLE

The Business Lending Specialist is responsible for the end to end management of our existing customer base and new business enquiries. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our customers throughout the sales process (from lead to settlement) in this high volume, inbound and outbound phone based role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver a seamless experience for the customer and clearly understand their requirements.
• Qualify and convert leads into applications for credit assessment.
• Convert approvals for Prospa customers.
• Keep referral partners and BDM’s up to date on deal trajectory
• Effectively follow up qualified opportunities, approvals with all necessary stakeholders
• Have quality conversations with customers and brokers to choose our product and brand.
• Negotiate desired outcomes based on value selling, not on price
• Effectively handle objections, ensuring maximum conversion rates
