Join us and redefine what’s next for you We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Troubleshooting Engineer to support, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce platform troubleshooting, integrations, and performance optimization, along with strong analytical capabilities and exposure to Python, SQL databases, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Power BI. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze large datasets, and provide data-driven insights while ensuring system stability and scalability. What you will do: Provide advanced-level technical troubleshooting for Salesforce (Service Cloud). Analyze Salesforce logs, debug errors, and perform root cause analysis for production incidents. Work closely with developers, admins, product owners, and business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges. Support and troubleshoot integrations with external systems, databases, and third-party tools. Use Python for data analysis, automation scripts, and troubleshooting support activities. Awareness of SQL queries to analyze data across relational databases and Salesforce data sources. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights on system performance, usage trends, and incident metrics. Apply basic Machine Learning and Generative AI concepts to support predictive analysis, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted troubleshooting initiatives. Document troubleshooting procedures, known issues, and resolution steps to improve operational efficiency. Participate in on-call rotations and provide production support as needed. What you need to bring: Required Skills & Qualifications Salesforce (Mandatory) Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform troubleshooting at an advanced level. Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data access controls. Technical & Analytics Skills Python: Working knowledge for scripting, automation, or data analysis. SQL Databases: Strong understanding of relational databases and complex query writing. Power BI: Proven hands-on experience in building dashboards, reports, and data models. Machine Learning & Generative AI: Basic understanding of ML concepts and Gen AI use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, AI-assisted insights, Salesforce AI features). Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in high-pressure production environments. Collaborative mindset and strong documentation habits. Responsibilities

Provide advanced-level technical troubleshooting for Salesforce and analyze logs to perform root cause analysis for production incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and support integrations with external systems.
