JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controlling, or business/financial analysis.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or costing role is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

• Consolidate financial results at month-end and prepare monthly reports.
• Assist in conducting financial analysis and provide insights for management reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management.
• Monitor monthly fixed costs against key performance indicators, budgets, and forecasts.
• Work closely with various departments to analyze cost variances and provide relevant updates to management.
• Develop and enhance cost control measures over time.
• Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) monitoring.
• Assist in tracking product costs and margins.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including data collection, submission, and preparation of reports.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
