Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Management Analyst to join our APAC team within the Technology, Business Management Office.
This role will focus on business operations support including inter-affiliate outsourcing, management reporting, workforce and workspace planning, and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inter-affiliate outsourcing requests, perform gap analysis, and support remediation efforts
  • Prepare and deliver routine and executive-level reports and presentations
  • Support workforce and workspace planning, including headcount tracking and resource forecasting
  • Maintain governance routines, internal controls, and compliance documentation
  • Manage internal communication and team collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, shared drives)Provide team support including meeting coordination, absence coverage, and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience in business operations or business management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly to senior stakeholders
  • High level of discretion in managing business-sensitive information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with report automation is a plus
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Prior experience in financial services and familiarity with banking governance and policies preferred
