Job Description What you get to do in this role: Help take small to large IT Business Applications projects from original concept through final implementation Help with overall communication and work with all areas affected by the project including partners, business sponsors and vendors Attend Scrum rituals (Planning, Standups, review, retrospective, etc.) Help with status reporting to support project discussions at Steering Committee and Sponsor level Promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and to help teams and individuals transitioning from waterfall to Agile Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 2+ years of hands-on project management experience Experience managing projects in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments Experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement FD21 Additional Information Work Personas We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
