About the job
This trainee position sits within our Business Management practice which supports transversally all the activities we perform in Analytics Consulting across France and Portugal. This position has high exposure to Senior Management and offers and full perspective of the portfolio of projects we deliver.
Your Main Activities Are
Engage in the financial management of the team which includes: Time Management, Finance, Portfolio Management.
Implement improvements to the existing and upcoming financial processes
Support the management team in preparing Executive presentation and reports
Engage in the recruitment of internal and external staff
Work with managers to update documentation for sourcing of candidates
Coordinate interview process with candidates and interviewers
Update candidate database tracking to ensure it’s up to date at all steps of the process
Organize the on boarding and off boarding of team members
Participate in team meetings by producing minutes and presentation materials
Support and suggest improvements to our communication efforts internally and externally
Support management of various Team’s activities including Team events, Visitors trip agenda etc…
Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing and Communications or any related fiel
Advanced level of english fluency, both oral and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interest in Data and AI technologies
Analytical skills including great modelling skills
Great Communication skills, both spoken and written, results driven and ability to prioritize tasks
About the Team
The Strategy, Communication & Business Management team is a transversal and multinational team within BNP Paribas CIB(Corporate & Institutional Banking) Data & Digital, made up of five people based in France and Portugal.
Our team is responsible for carrying out strategic studies on data and digital subjects, drawing on internal research and expertise
We are also responsible for coordinating and producing internal and external communications on these subjects and project management
