• Financial Insights Learner – Gain a deep understanding of the industry, including market trends, regulatory landscapes, and financial products
• Business Operations Exposure – Participate in day-to-day operations, supporting business units in managing financial strategies, operations, and projects
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with departments such as finance, marketing, and sales to gain a comprehensive view of the business
• Client Relationship Building – Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and building lasting relationships
• Project Management Assistance – Support the management and execution of key business projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Data-Driven Decision Maker – Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making and provide valuable insights to management
• Problem Solving & Strategy – Work on identifying challenges within business processes and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency
• Leadership Development – Take part in leadership training and mentorship programs to prepare for a future role in management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong interest in gaining cross-functional business experience
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams
