This is a hands-on position designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build a career in business management. As a Business Management Trainee, you’ll be trained directly by senior leadership, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and play a key role in driving client results from day one.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Natural problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
• Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a deadline-driven setting
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Willingness to commute to our New London office
