As a Business Management Trainee, you will be the primary contact for consumers, focusing on relationship building, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. At PR Managing Partners, customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will play a key role in achieving this by representing AT&T’s products and services and exceeding client expectations. As a Business Management Trainee, you will embark on an accelerated learning journey, gaining hands-on experience in every critical aspect of our direct marketing and sales campaigns. Your training will begin by mastering core customer engagement, sales, and service enrollment for AT&T residential offerings. From there, you’ll swiftly progress into operational oversight, team development, performance coaching, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities of a Business Management Trainee:
Our Business Management Trainees serve as trusted advisors to consumers, understanding their needs and recommending tailored AT&T solutions
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Stay informed about AT&T’s latest products, promotions, and industry trends to drive sales growth by presenting and promoting AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment services
Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with internal sales & marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
Shadow experienced managers to learn team leadership, operational planning, coaching techniques, and performance evaluation.
Analyze campaign data, sales trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
Qualifications of a Business Management Trainee
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred.
0–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or informal leadership; full management training provided.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, maintaining focus and delivering results under pressure.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with the ability to connect with clients, consumers, and team members on a personal level.
