PERSON & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• At least 2 years experience in the electrical wholesale or renewables sector
• Strong commercial acumen and a B2B background, with a passion for success and driving profitable sales. Ambitious and eager to seize opportunities, you’ll be well-positioned to build a successful career within the business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
• You should be dynamic, with a good sense of humour and a drive for achievement.
• The role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals, either personally or through a sales team.
• A full UK driving licence is also required.

• Taking full autonomy and accountability for key decisions and managing the commercial operation.
• Building and developing a motivated team focused on success, identifying and developing new business opportunities from both new customers and dormant accounts, and provide comprehensive training and development for team members.
• Ensuring your team meets operational standards, and maintaining branch efficiency while seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Driving profitable sales and liaising with suppliers to secure the best commercial arrangements.
