YOUR ROLE – WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage and grow your dealer network – Nurture existing relationships while identifying new opportunities.
  • Deliver training & product knowledge – Equip dealers and installers with the expertise to confidently sell and install HVAC solutions.
  • Run dealer programs & incentives – Drive loyalty, engagement and sales performance.
  • Be the dealer’s advocate – Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and deliver excellent after-sales service.
  • Promote market growth – Partner with dealers to increase sales, improve performance, and expand market share.
  • Stay connected to the industry – Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and dealer functions.
