REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCE:

  • Previous experience with LPL CRM system (ClientWorks) preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in an operations/marketing capacity
  • Outstanding computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to think conceptually and attend to details
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate under tight deadlines
  • An amazing attitude and extraordinary customer service skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people face-to-face and over the telephone
Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for assisting the firm and its advisors with the implementation of annual marketing initiatives, public relations tasks, and client events. The position will also oversee some aspects of business logistics, including the design and management of operational tasks.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement specific tasks on the advisor’s marketing calendar
  • Set marketing deadlines for advisors and keep advisors on task with marketing activities
  • Maintain the client gift program
  • Serve as company liaison with outside marketing vendors
  • Coordinate and manage CRM processes for clients and prospective clients
  • Use Commonwealth’s/LPL marketing services effectively
  • Make suggestions to systematize and improve the firm’s marketing efforts
  • Measure and ensure the effectiveness of all internal and external processes; provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on firm operations and growth
  • Business administrative tasks (Payroll, Company 401k administration, Health Insurance, etc.)
  • Other duties, as required
