Our client, a highly regarded multi-franchise car dealership group based in the Derby area, is seeking a Business Manager to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at an exceptional site handling both new and used car sales.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Business Manager, you will play a vital role in driving Finance & Insurance (F&I) performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey. Key duties include:

  • Maximising F&I income and promoting value-added products (GAP, extended warranties, service plans, etc.)
  • Ensuring full FCA compliance across all transactions
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to maintain a 100% finance referral rate
  • Monitoring and reporting key performance metrics to senior leadership
  • Handling customer queries and issues before escalation
  • Supporting and maintaining a structured, compliant sales process
  • Motivating, coaching, and guiding the sales team to hit and exceed targets
