Salary: From £35,700 - ££42,263 Depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a new Business Manager to work within our Banking Team.
The Business Manager will report to the Head of the CBOs’ Office with a dotted line to Director Banking Product Strategy. The Business Manager plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the Banking Arm and contributes to the achievement of the Banking Arm’s strategic objectives.
This role involves working closely with both the Head of the CBOs’ Office and the Director Banking Product Strategy to ensure that all Banking Office related activities, both internal and external, are effectively coordinated, escalated, and delegated as appropriate. The Business Manager will also focus on maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include preparing briefings, presentations, and communications for the Co-CBOs and the CBOs’ Office, collaborating with relevant teams. The Business Manager line manages the Banking PA team and as a key figure in the Banking Office will be expected to role model high professional standards for colleagues across the Banking Arm.
The Business Manager will also be tasked with advancing new initiatives and projects emanating from the Banking Office. The overall objective and aim are ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across the Banking Arm and BBB.
To be considered for this role you must have experience of working in the financial sector and/or government/public sector and you will have also worked with Ministers and/or Executives previously.
You will be able to demonstrate strong networking and stakeholder relationship building skills
and have an awareness of BBB’s structure, mission, objectives and wider strategy or an ability to quickly gain this understanding from undertaking similar roles.
You will be an expert user of Microsoft suite of software and have a wide knowledge of other software to enable you to rapidly work with the technology the Bank uses.
Previous experience working in or associated with Whitehall private office would be a distinct advantage as well as experience in project co-ordination or management experience as well as experience in Public Affairs.
