BUSINESS MANAGER (ENTRY LEVEL – TRAINING PROVIDED)

• Oversee and monitor daily staff activities, providing encouragement, accountability, and constructive feedback.
• Track and verify company performance, including sales numbers and activity flow, across multiple platforms.
• Ensure operations remain consistent, efficient, and aligned with company goals.
• Take initiative in identifying problems, ensuring accuracy, and making improvements where needed.
