JOB DESCRIPTION

At Pimes, we’re currently seeking an experienced, engaging and enthusiastic Business Manager to join our growing luxury retail team. This position will be full time (37.5hrs) and based in the Beauty Workshop at Selfridges, Oxford Street and you will be working for a new make up brand by an acclaimed make up artist which will be launching in the UK in October.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering a smooth and successful launch of the brand in the UK market.
  • Ensuring the success of the brand at Selfridges through the delivery of outstanding customer service, offering an exceptional experiences to both local and international consumers
  • Building and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
  • Growing and preserving strong working relations with all levels of Pimes, the brand and Selfridges management and team
  • Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge with an ability to inspire fellow team members
  • Exhibiting a high standard of product application as well as ingredient/production knowledge
  • Performing accurate colour matching best suited to the customer’s wants and needs
  • Conducting regular training/recap sessions to reinforce team learning
  • Bringing energy & positivity to every interaction
  • Setting sales and customer service targets
  • Ensuring that you know and achieve the brands sales targets & agreed KPI’s and that the wider team are briefed on these too
  • Confirming that all team members are aligned with both the values and vision of the brand as well as the host store’s values and policies
  • Always adhering to the highest professional standards
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of merchandise and presentation
  • Staff scheduling
  • Managing the counters inventory and facilities with a focus on operational excellence
  • Completing reports to both the brand and the host store’s management team, on time and to a high standard, with regards to inventory information, sales reports/reviews, business plans and analysis
  • Driving the account’s data capture and NPS while maintaining the best GDPR standards
  • Maintaining good knowledge of key competitors and industry trends to be shared with your team
