Aleazaz Delivery Services LLC is seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day operations, commercial relationships, financial controls and overall business performance.

This is a senior management position, not an accounting role. The successful candidate will work closely with company management and lead multiple business functions to ensure efficient operations, strong controls and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall day-to-day business operations and departmental performance.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with delivery aggregators, clients and key business partners.
• Monitor operational targets, fleet utilization, rider productivity and overall fleet health.
• Oversee finance and accounting functions, with the accounting team reporting to the Business Manager.
• Review payroll, major payments, collections and key financial controls.
• Monitor operational and regulatory compliance and ensure timely resolution of outstanding matters.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning according to business requirements.
• Review management reports, identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and improve SOPs, workflows, internal controls and accountability across departments.
• Provide regular business performance updates and recommendations to company management.

Candidate Profile

First preference: Candidates with management experience in the last-mile delivery, logistics or delivery aggregator industry, particularly those who have worked with or managed operations involving major food/e-commerce delivery platforms in the UAE.

Second preference: A Chartered Accountant or equivalent professionally qualified candidate with strong commercial and operational management experience who is interested in managing the overall business rather than working in a traditional accounting position.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent commercial and analytical ability.
• Good understanding of financial controls, payroll and management reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• UAE logistics/last-mile delivery experience is highly preferred.
