Responsibilities
  1. Identify emerging issues and trends in the region which will impact clients and the community; escalate critical issues and
    concerns as appropriate to Executive Director.
  2. Provide leadership on the management of business areas relating to financial resources, including budgets, and human
    resources, through management of responsible corporate staff of the relevant Region.
  3. Responsibility for analysing monthly reports including divisional finance and budget cash flow, ICT, travel, credit cards and
    EIMS. Monthly report distribution for Boxi-HR, Working with Children Check, Training, Probation and vacancy management.
  4. Identify and investigate obstacles in process and competencies that may inhibit the agency in achieving its objectives and
    timelines and develop innovative alternatives to resolve issues.
  5. Lead the regional support function for corporate compliance through ensuring relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
    are adhered to.
  6. Provide oversight to the regions grants and contracts, ensuring funds are received, expended and acquitted in line with
    agreements.
  7. Provide supervision and leadership to the Business Services work unit.
  8. Develop and maintain effective collaborative partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to capitalise on
    expertise and build capacity.
  9. Lead the emergency management function in the Region.
