The goal of this role is to significantly expand DSO sales, especially in the Netherlands, focusing on both dental labs and dentist DSOs. Special emphasis is placed on the digital workflow and the associated products and services, embedded within the overarching product portfolio of Dentsply Sirona.
This includes acquiring new customers for our product groups as well as nurturing existing relationships. This will be achieved by leveraging the network of all DS NL sales representatives as multipliers to gain easier access to decision-makers. The role also requires a considerable number of testing events at DSOs to generate a strong sales funnel and achieve the desired sales targets.
Success in this role is measured by achieving the targeted sales goals with DSO groups, calculated based on both direct and indirect sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Academic degree in sales, marketing, or engineering
  • Several years of experience and success in a similar sales position with a proven track record in operating into the Dutch Market, e.g., Key Account role in the dental field
  • In-depth knowledge of the dental business, including equipment, consumables, and clinical workflows in dental practices and/or labs
  • Strong understanding of the Dentsply Sirona product portfolio
  • Excellent presentation skills, particularly when engaging with DSO management; integrity and perseverance are essential
  • Strong intrinsic motivation combined with organizational skills, results-driven mindset, and persuasive communication abilities
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus
  • Valid driving license
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally (Europe) as required

Responsibilities
  • Preparation and participation in tender processes
  • Regular appointments with DSO leadership and stakeholders
  • Creation of annual or periodic contracts with DSOs
  • Creation of annual or periodic contracts with dealers, in collaboration with the Trade Manager
  • Sales reporting based on group results per quarter and per GBU product group
  • Regular meetings and training sessions with DS sales representatives to gain their support for DSO business
  • Participation in pan-European DS or DSO meetings as required
