About the Role

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate communication with ICT groups, users and stakeholders
  • Monitor asset lifecycle plans and funding
  • Develop annual departmental budget submissions, ensuring project and OPEX costs are captured
  • Effective reporting against TZV Technology Roadmap

About You
Ideally you will be an experienced ICT professional with extensive experience, and knowledge of technology and extensive experience in the use and deployment of leading edge technoligies aligned to IT strategies

The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

  • Diploma/Tertiary qualification in IT studies or related discipline and/or 10 years’ /substantial experience in ICT and/or business
  • Extensive experience in the use and deployment of leading-edge technologies, solutions and technology trends aligned to IT strategy to drive dollar savings, process, and performance improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability and understanding of VGPB policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to break down complex concepts to all levels of the business.
  • Strong influencing and persuading skills encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice.
