Responsibilities of the Business Manager - Entry Level:

  • Meet directly with a growing customer base to inform them of updates, upgrades, and new offerings from our leading telecommunications client
  • Attend sales account meetings with new and existing customers to build strong client-consumer relationships and increase customer retention
  • Conduct market and territory research with the Business Manager - Entry Level team to increase brand awareness and optimize company outreach
  • Provide our consumers with a better quality of service by actively listening to their concerns, troubleshooting with competitive pricing, and customizing their sales packages to their needs
  • Track sales trends & record customer interactions, collaborating with the Business Manager - Entry Level team to make enhancements and improvements to the sales process
  • Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring new team members, ensuring a diverse & well-balanced team

Qualifications of the Business Manager - Entry Level:

  • Ability to confidently present accurate information to customers directly
  • Confident, professional, and persuasive communication skills that are enticing to the targeted audience when public speaking or presenting
  • A desire to grow your career as well as within the company
  • Ability to think strategically and effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
  • An associate degree or some college experience is preferred but not required

Compensation & Job Details:

  • Earnings: Commission-Based

Job Locations: Main Fairfield office location and field locations in Essex County as assigned. Travel reimbursement provided
