We are looking for a high-energy, strong, and organized leader with a positive mindset who can collaborate efforts, ideas, and passion to help the brand achieve its mission. As Business Manager also known as the Center Sales Leader you will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree in a related field or 2 years minimum prior background in retail management, marketing, or sales (required)
  • Proven track record of success with sales and team building and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to set goals, prioritize work, analyze business performance, bring new ideas to the table, and delegate effectively.
  • Problem solver who can think on their feet, bring people to compromise, and resolve conflict.
  • Establish trust and confidence, and develop positive relationships with employees, members, and guests.
  • Have a strong customer service orientation & be able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, franchise owners, and regional developers.
  • Possess excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire staff, and develop a strong team culture.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
  • Exhibit proficiency in retail/service sales goals, and interpreting progress and trends in
    sales reports.
