BUSINESS MANGER F&I

Location: Kippa-Ring, Queensland

  • Deliver a customer experience grounded in honesty, friendliness, loyalty, and attention to detail, creating lifelong relationships and setting Keystar apart.
  • Manage and drive customer-focused sales of Finance and Insurance products, maintain strong relationships, and support the team to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Ensure strict compliance with legal and company policies, maintain thorough and accurate documentation, and follow established business processes for smooth operations.

ABOUT US:

As a distributor, we take responsibility for a brand in a given market. This means managing vehicles and parts on behalf of an OEM from the factory gate or port and then taking care of every part of the value chain, from logistics to sales to end users. We also provide Value Added Services for customers throughout the lifecycle of a vehicle.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you’ll drive customer-focused sales of Finance and Insurance products, supporting Keystar’s commitment to being Australia’s leading customer-centric automotive retailer. You’ll also help ensure strong profit performance at your Retail Centre.
Keystar offers a range of Jeep and Volkswagen vehicles, with certified Motor Technicians using genuine parts in our Kippa-Ring service department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including contacting off-site buyers, providing finance advice, and following up
  • Present Finance & Insurance products, provide quotes, and complete the full finance application process with all required documentation
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer files, sales logs, contracts, and perform trade-in checks, invoice preparation, and settlements
  • Support Sales Consultants, communicate daily with the Sales Team and Manager, and contribute to a high-performing team environment
  • Meet personal sales and gross profit targets while supporting overall Retail Centre financial and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, financial, and company policies, including FSRA, Privacy Act, and internal procedure
