Job Description Support the Market Heads of our Private Banking / Wealth Management organisation in operational, strategic and conceptual matters in day-to-day business Prepare and develop presentations, reports, analyses and decision-making materials for management Coordinate and consolidate input from different markets, teams and central functions Prepare and follow up meetings, workshops and management appointments, including tracking of action items Contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects and support their implementation Analyse and further develop business processes to enhance efficiency and transparency Prepare and analyse business data to support business steering and decision-making Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field Several years of professional experience in Business Management, Business Development, Project Management or a comparable role within the financial industry Experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills, combined with a structured and proactive way of working Strong communication and coordination skills, with a high level of professionalism, discretion and reliability Very good command of PowerPoint and Excel Fluency in German and English Please note that we are not considering applications submitted via recruitment agencies for this position.
