FleetPartners is an ASX listed established leader in vehicle fleet leasing, fleet management and diversified financial services across Australia and New Zealand and offers consumers, businesses, and governments access to solutions including fleet leasing, fleet management services, novated leasing through its suite of brands. THE ROLE: As Business Manager you will be the key contact for Fleet Partners Limited and contribute to the success of the Small Fleet Channel by supporting our sales teams and strategic partnership with Mitsubishi in order to drive growth for both organisations. Working directly in the Small Fleet and Partnerships team you will focus on contributing to the growth of the channel, achievement of Mitsubishi BPA goals, and delivering on initiatives and gaining support across the key departments within the organisation including; Lead the strategic Mitsubishi Partnership Relationship and deliver on the mutual growth targets across SME, Corporate, Novated and MDFL. Ownership of all Mitsubishi reporting in line with agreed Reporting Framework and ensure completion in line with committed dates. Build requirements to enable data and analytics team to automate in BI dashboard Manage the relationships and performance in-line with the 'big picture' of the organisation and the business plan, ensuring the relevant KPIs are understood and achieved. Build partner relationships including regular business meetings, strategic planning sessions, workshops and attending industry events. Assist in setting partner specific sales targets, report on performance, deliver strategic business reviews and own partner action plans of growth initiatives. Assist in managing existing contract commitments and negotiations ensuring that commercial terms are reviewed, managed and maximised Developing and delivering campaign strategies for the relevant partners, working collaboratively with internal teams to understand data, drivers and opportunities to optimise. Engage with the Leadership Team as support and keeping them informed and engaged across the partner lifecycle opportunities, risks and initiatives. Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Relationship managers to gain a deep understanding of customer portfolio and feedback. Identify opportunities to grow Mitsubishi share and capture total growth opportunity in relevant reports and Salesforce Support day to day operations and BDM’s with onboarding of new customers, in life servicing and marketing, and end of lease processes Build deep understanding of cross functional processes that make up key components of the lease and value proposition. Identify initiatives and lead discussions that may result in improvement areas for Mitsubishi ABOUT YOU: You combine strong collaboration and independent decision-making with a passion for people leadership, a commitment to ongoing learning, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic business environment. To be successful in this role you MUST have: Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities - Fluent in both English and Japanese Strong understanding in FMO/Automotive industry with an existing relationship with Mitsubishi, Japan Tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as business management, sales, communications and/or marketing, and/or industry specific qualifications Ready to lead the Mitsubishi partnership to drive growth in the Small Fleet Channel?
