The Business Manager is accountable for the strategic and commercial performance of an assigned business segment, integrating supplier management and key customer leadership to deliver sustainable growth meeting budgeted sales as a minimum. This role owns the end-to-end value chain—from supplier strategy, portfolio development, and pricing, through to key customer engagement, sales execution, and market expansion. As a senior member of the team, the Business Manager sets direction, aligns stakeholders, and ensures the effective execution of commercial strategies to optimise revenue, margin, and long-term partnerships in collaboration with the commercial Director Food & Nutrition.
