CAREER OPPORTUNITY: BUSINESS MANAGER – FOOD SERVICE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to oversee sales & profitability opportunities for our food service department. We are currently looking for an individual who is obsessed with providing a best in class shopping experience, drives profitable business.
EDUCATIONAL /TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in P&L management and business development
· Proven ability to influence others and drive change within an organization.
· A strong continuous improvement mindset.
· Educational background in hospitality management or an executive Chef background.
· Experience with front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
· Valid G-class driver’s license and the ability to travel within the GTA.
· Flexibility to work days, nights, evenings, and holidays as required.

On a daily basis you will be responsible to:
· Analyze and review the current P&L statements for the store network.
· Identify and select the best-in-class P&L statements and develop best practices across the store network.
· Develop a comprehensive business plan to implement best practices, with a focus on driving food service sales and profitability.
· Present the business plan to stakeholders, periodically review the plan and have a continuous improvement mindset on how to drive sales and profitability.
· Instruct and influence stakeholders at various levels to ensure the successful delivery of the business plan.
· Deliver and support on the Rabba standards.
· Compliance to internal SOP’s, rules and regulations.
· Other duties as assigned
