Responsibilities
  • Promote finance and insurance products to customers, with weekly monitoring of penetration rates
  • Identify opportunities to increase profitability through upselling finance & insurance products
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies to increase sales revenue, customer retention, and overall business performance
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and sales processes, prioritising fair treatment of all customers
