Business Manager
15 Hours Per Week, 52 weeks per year with 11 days holiday (not including Bank Holidays)
Reports to: Founder
Pay: £15,600 for 15 hours per week
(There could be some flexibility on part time hours for the right candidate)
Responsible for: Business Operations, Finance, Administration, Personnel, Health & Safety

  • There will be a requirement to attend regular meetings with the Founder in person.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualification in Business Administration or relevant field
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a business management role, with an interest in educational services.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and new technology and how we can integrate it to move the business forward.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to use Google Product Suite as well as search and resource new IT products and software.
  • Good use of spreadsheets - creating formulas, extracting data and creating trend and analysis reports
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and accounting systems.
  • Eye for small details which can feed into the bigger picture.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
