Responsibilities

As the HVAC Dealer Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing a key dealer network across Wellington and northwards, including Napier, Hastings, and New Plymouth.
You’ll work closely with HVAC dealers, agents, installers and consultants to strengthen relationships, deliver expert product training, and roll out local marketing strategies to boost sales and loyalty.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and grow relationships with HVAC dealers and secure consistent territory sales
  • Deliver HVAC product training and actively support promotional campaigns
  • Track and report on sales performance, territory budgets, and pipeline forecasts
  • Represent the brand at industry trade shows, dealer events, and training sessions
  • Ensure a high standard of service and engagement across your dealer network

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in HVAC dealer sales or account management (essential)
  • Strong experience building relationships and managing territory performance
  • Skilled in product training and supporting local marketing initiatives
  • CRM proficiency and strong forecasting and pipeline discipline
  • Self-motivated, organised, and a collaborative team player
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within your territory
