About the Role: We are looking for a driven individual to join the Infrastructure and Health Support Services Executive Unit. Reporting to the Executive Group Manager (EGM), the Business Manager plays a key role in coordinating, driving, and delivering strategic and operational initiatives in support of the IHSS Executive Office. This position requires close collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders and provides high-level support to the EGM. A critical focus of the role includes working with the EGM to assess operational efficiency and identify opportunities to reduce or eliminate waste across the division. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate professionalism, resilience under a high workload, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. You will be quick to acquire new knowledge, demonstrate sound judgement, and foster effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
