Job Description: Business Manager Channel management: * Volume and Market share target achievement for assigned dealer.- TRUCK SALES * Define dealership manpower structure & identify development plan for team. * Manage key customers from assigned region to generate regular business for DICV. * Implement BharatBenz sales processes at dealership. > Business Planning: * Formulate & execute activities to agreed budget & timescales. * Develop and present business plans for the zone to management. Business Intelligence & Report Generation: * Document and provide regular updates to management on implementation of sales plan. Prepare weekly & monthly MIS updates. * Map competition actions & propose counter strategies.

Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving volume and market share targets for truck sales through effective dealer and channel management. This includes formulating business plans, managing key customers, and providing regular MIS updates to management.
