As a key member of our direct phone-based Business Banking team, you’ll engage with our valued customers, delivering exceptional service across portfolio and relationship lending, as well as transaction banking functions for our SME customer portfolio.
In this role, you’ll manage and grow business customer relationships to drive profitability, satisfaction, and thoughtful decision-making. You’ll identify and fulfill customer needs through consultative conversations, deliver tailored solutions, and provide valued advice that builds sustainable, long-term relationships. With your insights into credit origination, you’ll add value to every interaction.
