Reporting to the Director of Everience Benelux, you will hold the position of Business Manager at Everience Netherlands will focus on two major areas: - Business Development/Prospecting (90%): - You will identify and ensure the acquisition of new customers and new projects, and support sales prospecting using our management tool (CRM); - You detect and define new levers to ensure the growth of your perimeter. - You create a privileged relationship with your customers and prospects. - You identify relevant calls for tender and develop an appropriate commercial offer. - Based on your sales prospecting, you identify and maintain a pool of qualified resources. - Customer relationship follow-up (10%): - You take over a portfolio of existing customers and a perimeter and give it your own dynamism. - You provide support to resources on ongoing services (performance monitoring, planning, time management, career development); - You are responsible for customer relations (identifying needs, prices, deadlines, contract elements, resource identification, coaching, follow-up, customer invoicing).
