ABOUT THE ROLE:

MATIERE PREMIERE is opening it’s first location in Ireland at Brown Thomas, Dublin.
We’re looking for a Business Manager 40 hours / week to join us in Q4 to oversee the counter and lead the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets (daily, monthly, yearly)for Matiere Premiere counter.
• Report regularly on sales performances and market trends to area or UK Sales manager.
• Schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage at peak trading times.
• Set individual sales targets and coach team members to achieve them.
• Monitor stock levels and work with UK Sales manager to prevent overstocking or shortage.
• Handle inventory control and deliveries.
• Prepare rota, sales report and submit to the Uk Sales manager.
• Ensure counter is always well stocked, and aligned with the brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Brown Thomas store management to ensure seamless collaboration, aligned business goals, and enhanced brand visibility within the store.
