Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a Business Manager you will lead people-focused programs in our datacenter workforce while partnering with leadership, Employee Network Group's, and Human Resources to drive continuous improvement. This role also manages budget planning, headcount, and financial tracking to align resources with priorities and ensure operational excellence.
