This role may include managing cross-functional projects and initiatives, overseeing financial management, coordinating events, governing business-specific processes, preparing key reports and presentations as well as supporting Intermediaries front employees with regular updates and insights. YOUR CHALLENGE Execute operational tasks and contribute to the centralized execution capability of the Governance and Process Management Team Support project tracking and reporting for time-sensitive front office initiatives requiring close monitoring and communication Support the operational implementation of strategic pricing initiative Provide direct execution support in the preparation, review, and issuance of pricing agreements Participate in change management and digital transformation initiatives, assisting in readiness checks and internal stakeholder engagement ahead of planned rollouts Support Front Office efficiency improvements, helping return time to the Front Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders across Intermediaries’ front markets, ensuring smooth collaboration Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager or peers YOUR PROFILE Completed technical college degree with a focus on business administration, banking & finance Knowledge and experience in the financial industry, ideally within private banking or wealth management Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, demonstrating strong organisational and multitasking abilities Strong personality with good organisational skills and the ability to multitask Service-oriented with a high sense of cooperation Very good communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive with the ability to work independently and take initiative Fluent in English and German; French and Italian skills are a clear plus Good MS Office skills We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
