Our MPO (Manpower Outsourcing) business unit partners with diverse clients to deliver high-quality operational workforce solutions. We are looking for a Business Manager who can drive business performance, strengthen client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. Job Description: Business & Performance Management - Lead and manage the MPO business review process by analyzing performance data, identifying gaps, and recommending improvement initiatives. - Drive the strategic planning process for the business unit to ensure alignment with company objectives. - Evaluate and implement initiatives proposed by the holding company, coordinating with stakeholders for successful execution. Team Management & Development - Establish and facilitate structured one-on-one meetings with team members to encourage open communication, performance tracking, and professional growth. Client Relationship Management - Conduct regular business reviews with clients, covering project status, performance metrics, and improvement areas. - Organize and lead client meetings, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and smooth communication. - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Financial & Administrative Coordination - Provide weekly updates and collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives. - Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of invoices to clients each month. Contracting & Compliance - Initiate and oversee the creation of PKS for projects, ensuring document completeness, compliance, and accuracy. - Manage the contracting process for project workers, working closely with HR and Legal to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. - 2–4 years of experience in business operations, account management, project management, or a similar role—preferably in outsourcing, staffing, HR services, or manpower-heavy industries. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent communication and client management abilities. - Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations). - Familiarity with contracting, compliance processes, and project documentation. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs. - Ability to lead discussions, facilitate meetings, and present business reviews effectively. - Proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and business analytics tools. - Experience in MPO/outsource operations is a strong plus.
