Responsibilities

Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
