This dual-role opportunity is ideal for an ambitious, driven individual who is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving profitability, supporting the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest levels.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as a Business Manager, guiding customers through the finance and insurance journey while ensuring FCA compliance.
  • Oversee day-to-day control of new and used car sales activity, helping to meet and exceed targets.
  • Support the Sales Manager in managing stock, pricing strategies, and performance reporting.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team, driving motivation, professionalism, and
  • Maintain strong relationships with both customers and our finance partners.

  • A proven track record in automotive sales, with a clear understanding of F&I products and dealership processes.
  • Strong leadership potential, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
