Role purpose  The Business Manager will provide operational and strategic support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the broader Corporate Centre Technology leadership team. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Manage the coordination and input for technology forums * Risk, Technology and Transformation Board Committee (quarterly) > 1. Technology Strategy and Roadmap > 2. Technology Risk including Risk Appetite Statement  > 3. Technology Performance and IT Governance > 4. Security > 5. Other topics as per the agenda * Board (as required) > 1. Technology Monthly Forum (monthly) > 2. Risk > 3. Finance > 4. Service > 5. Other topics as per the agenda * Executive Leadership Team (fortnightly) (when on agenda) * All Hands Tech virtual meeting or email (monthly) * Participation in the Technology Stand up (weekly) * Other Technology Forums (as required) * Major Vendor Reviews (monthly/quarterly) Vendor and commercial arrangements * Track vendors used in corporate core (term and spend) * Track baseline data for major vendors * Collate data for major vendor reviews * Confirm/change contracting entities with vendors * Track renewal dates and actions required * Actions changes/reductions with vendors in line with business model changes Technology Budget and Baselines * Track costs and baselines to budget * Track actions related to TSA (transition services agreements) plans Projects * Track projects in Corporate Core * Report on major projects * Track TSA activities * Assist with technology communication and status of major issues and incidents, working with the technology groups to develop a coordinated response.  * Other activities as determined by the CTO  The above list of key accountabilities is not an exhaustive list and may change from time to time based on business needs. In addition, as the role is part of a global team flexibility to work outside core business hours is required in this role.
