WHY THIS ROLE?

This is not a role for a first-time manager. Our team on site is very new, and with the central team not based nearby, we need someone with proven leadership and management experience to provide clear direction, consistency, and motivation. You’ll be the key driver of performance at site level, setting standards and ensuring the team has the support and structure they need to thrive.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take ownership of your site’s business performance, quality standards, health & safety and compliance
• Lead, coach and develop your team, creating a positive workplace culture
• Deliver EBITDA, GP, labour, sales and service targets
• Drive marketing and business development in partnership with Sales & Marketing Managers
• Communicate effectively across all levels, ensuring clarity, consistency and accountability
• Be the on-site leader, making confident decisions and resolving challenges as they arise
