We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our friendly and high-performing team at Vertu Land Rover Bolton! We are offering an industry leading remuneration package including Basic Salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £55,000, a company car and a range of fantastic benefits.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a high volume of customer inquiries. It can also be a fantastic step-up opportunity for individuals who have held a senior sales executive position, particularly within a high-energy, target-driven setting.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
  • Experienced in relationship-building and confident in negotiation
  • Able to communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing), with a strong focus on customer needs
  • Proactive and able to work independently while also contributing to a team
  • Hold a full and valid UK driving licence

You should also have:

  • Previous experience in a business or sales management role
  • A strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities

As our Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and enhancing the overall customer journey. You will be responsible for:

  • Presenting finance and insurance options to customers after they’ve been qualified by the sales team
  • Ensuring all financial and insurance information is shared in a clear, accurate, and compliant manner
  • Supporting daily sales activities and helping drive the team toward performance targets
  • Taking part in first and second-facing customer interactions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to offer vehicles (new or used) alongside a suite of add-on products including finance, warranty, paint protection, and insurance
  • Always aiming to deliver an outstanding, customer-focused experience
