Your Impact    You will lead the end-to-end commercial strategy on the Woolworths NZ and Costco accounts, driving sustainable and profitable growth for Asahi Beverages NZ. You will deliver best-in-class execution across brand, pack, price and promotion, translating strategy into tangible customer and business outcomes across our broad Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverage portfolio.   Leading the Woolworths Key Account team and working in close partnership with customers and cross-functional teams, you will build strong joint business plans, unlock growth opportunities through insights, and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints—positioning ABNZ as a trusted, high-performing supplier.    12-month fixed term contract   Key Responsibilities    * Own end-to-end account strategy, delivering volume, NSV, profit and market share growth  * Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned to customer and ABNZ priorities  * Build and maintain senior customer relationships, positioning ABNZ as a ‘best practice’ supplier  * Lead pricing, promotional and trade investment strategies to maximise ROI  * Identify growth opportunities through customer, shopper and category insights  * Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, supply chain, finance, field sales) to deliver execution excellence  * Partner with demand and revenue planning to drive forecast accuracy and inventory optimisation  * Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Grocery Key Account team with two direct reports.    About You    * Strong experience in FMCG key account management   * Proven ownership of a P&L and delivery in high-volume consumer markets  * Strong commercial acumen across pricing, promotions and trade investment  * Experience building and executing joint customer strategies  * Advanced stakeholder engagement and negotiation capability  * A collaborative leader with experience developing high-performing teams  * Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn insights into action   Why Asahi Beverages?     At Asahi Beverages, we're passionate about crafting more than just drinks - we craft moments of connection, celebration, and shared enjoyment.
