Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Ownership of Business Management, Pricing and Planning functions for OEM customers Build account strategy/playbook/deal structure/LTA Lead overall pricing strategy and communicate pricing guidance and positioning to sales team/customers to drive deal closure Work cross-functionally to develop long term business models that enable strategic sourcing, fab planning and supply chain decisions years ahead Create business forecasts based on supply situation, sales inputs, financials metrics, new product introduction and other considerations Work closely with finance, business execution, sales ops team to track business risk, shipment linearity, fill rate and other operational metrics Collaborate with sales team and product team on competitive analysis, product roadmap and product strategy etc. 2) Lead initiatives for new markets/businesses Bring in market insights and work cross-functionally to develop actionable business plans Identify unique business model to be successful in new markets. Develop customer/vertical level portfolio/pricing strategy Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Marketing, Business Administration or other related field. Master/MBA preferred 7+ years of experience in business marketing, operation, planning or strategy functions.
