Responsibilities
  • Strengthen and grow partnerships with insurance brokers, adjusters, and property managers through in-person visits and consistent communication
  • Track outreach and relationship activity using CRM tools; maintain an up-to-date contact database
  • Identify and act on new business opportunities, including RFPs from institutions such as schools, government agencies, and care facilities
  • Represent the organization at industry events, tradeshows, and networking functions to build brand visibility
  • Support and align with internal project teams on business development initiatives and scheduling needs
  • Plan and deliver high-impact events including CE training sessions, client appreciation functions, and community engagements
  • Coordinate project manager participation in external events and ensure consistent brand representation
  • Deliver structured reporting and updates to leadership, including bi-weekly summaries and weekly team syncs
